Greetings Gilberto,
I am also new to this list. My name is Andy Farnell, from the UK and I work in

sound synthesis/analysis related programming/DSP. I use Linux, of various Debian

flavours. A favourite package of mine is Pure Data and I contribute tutorials

and teaching to that community.

Also I enjoy using Ardour on the Pure:Dyne distro for musical recording and play,

and use 64Studio for Csound.
Your education programme in Brazil seems very progressive.
