A good idea is to follow GM drum map suggestions.

Suggestion for the cowbell is MIDI Nr. 56,
that would result in Ab2 usually (although a different site claims Ab4).

The MIDI spec, doesn't mention a cow to attach the cowbell,
nor a mooo sound - too strange.
